The Riverfront Cottage

Set along the river in New Braunfels, this home was designed as a retreat for a family who values time together and a space that feels welcoming across generations. While newly constructed, the intention was to create a home that felt established and personal—layered with warmth, character, and a sense of ease from the moment you walk in. We approached the design with a focus on livability and continuity, shaping each space to support both everyday routines and extended stays with family and guests.

Soft color, tailored pattern, and natural materials were thoughtfully introduced to create depth without overwhelm, allowing the home to feel both refined and relaxed. Built-in storage, flexible gathering areas, and purposeful layouts ensure the home functions seamlessly while maintaining a cohesive, elevated aesthetic. The result is a home that feels calm, inviting, and deeply connected to the people who live there—designed not just to be beautiful, but to be lived in fully.
