Balsam Interior Design is led by Courtney Balsam, a San Antonio-based designer known for creating homes that feel both tailored and thoughtfully put together.
With over 20 years of experience across new construction, renovations, and full-home furnishings, Courtney has developed a fluency in how a home should feel, look, and function over time. She holds a degree in Interior Design from Baylor University and spent several years inside established design firms before bringing that foundation to her own studio.
Her approach starts long before any selections are made. She thinks through layout, flow, and how each room will actually be used — day to day, season to season, and for every gathering in between. The result is a home that feels beautifully balanced, unified, and entirely like you.
